On 9 May 2025, the time had come: Günter Bissinger Medizintechnik GmbH successfully integrated a new HIDROGARNE CF 100 hydraulic press into its production process. This investment marks an important step in the continuous development of our production technology.
The CF 100 is a modern C-frame press with an impressive pressing force of 100 tonnes. It impresses with its high repeat accuracy, excellent process stability and a reliable safety concept. Thanks to its robust design and precise control, it is ideal for moulding and pressing complex components, particularly in the area of our bipolar and monopolar surgical instruments.
By integrating this press, we are ensuring that our production processes are not only more powerful, but also more sustainable and efficient. The new system enables even more precise processing of sensitive components, which has a direct positive effect on product quality and reproducibility.
